2022-2023 Shepherd of the Coast Early Childhood Center often fills to capacity. As such, we encourage you to get in touch with us as soon as you are considering us as a place of learning for your child. Prospective students & parents are always welcome to visit us for a tour. To enroll your child, we will need to have the following documents on file before your child begins with us:

Copy of the Birth Certificate
Completed Enrollment Form (Click Here)
Current Immunization Record- Florida Department of Health Form #680 " To be completed by your Healthcare worker".
School Entry Form- Florida Department of Health Form #3040 " To be completed by your Healthcare worker".
